About us

Our company was founded in 1993 and named Thong Tan Foodstuff. In late 2013, we made F&G Food Vietnam as a subsidiary of Thong Tan and work independently in processing, exporting food and specialize in canned vegetable products.

We concentrate on our strength. Our main products are: Pickled cucumbers, canned pineapples, canned lychees, canned sweet corns, pickled tomatoes. And other food products such as tomato sauce, hot sauce and sweet chili sauce.
The quality of the products is controlled from the beginning: The raw materials are selected carefully before getting into production.
35 production workers and over 100 farmers.500 raw material suppliers through co-operative society.
Our revenue in 2018 was $3,8 million. We are setting up for 2019 with much higher revenue, making the biggest leap in the company’s history.
 

Gherkin

One of our best seller is gherkins. There are so many different recipes and types of cornichons or cucumbers, depending on the customers’ request. We are working hard to develop the best quality for this product, making it consistent, tasty and suitable for as many markets as possible.

Pineapple

   The variety of the pineapples we are using in our products is Queen Victoria, which has a very high content of sweetness, golden yellow in color. This is a very high valued material. The canned pineapples can be produced in pieces or slices.

Lychee

Canned lychees are peeled, seedless lychees in syrup. The usual ingredients are water, lychee, sugar and citric acid. The creamy white flesh is juicy, smooth and delicately sweet. It is a very popular fruit in Northern Vietnam.

Sweet corn

   Sweet corn is a popular product in  the world, especially in Europe. Our canned sweet corn has positive reviews from Russian buyers.
   In 2018, we built a new production line for canned sweet corn to make it proceeded 2x faster than before.

Tomato

   Pickled tomatoes or cherry tomatoes are very high consumed product in the EU. 
  Tomatoes– Help shield your bones, prevent heart disease and aid in weight control.
   Dill– anti-bacterial, has a calming effect on your body, and helps with digestive issues.
   Onion– regulate blood sugar, boosts immunity and helps to prevent cancer.
   Carrots– High in Vitamin C and K, keep your teeth and gums strong, also high in fiber. 

Bamboo Shoot

Bamboo Shoot is a famous product of F&G Food - Special in Germany; Russia and some of Western Europe countries. We have:

  • Pickled bamboo shoot with spices

Mixed Vegetable

   Mixed vegetable has been a popular product in the world, especially in Asian markets: Korea, Japan, Taiwan…
This mix pickles has many type of vegetable inside, which make the product itself very eye-catching and nutritious.

Green Peas

Green peas are high in nutrients, fiber and antioxidants; they also have properties that may reduce the risk of several diseases. We have:
  • Whole green peas
  • Broken green peas

Ginger

Pickled white and pink ginger are favorable in many countries especially in Japan.
Our product is made with delicate care and now they are exported to Poland.

Soya sauce

Soya sauce is a very flavorful seasoning made from fermented soybeans and wheat.
This product is more popular in Asian countries. With natural ingredients, soya sauce is really good for health.

Pickled hot chili

   Made from fresh chili, our pickled hot chili has red color and original spicy taste. This product is highly welcomed by customers worldwide. We also produce chili paste in bulk for EU export.

Chili sauce

The harvesting of fresh chili is carefully controlled and delivered to our factory. Adding suger, garlic, our chili sauce is spicy and makes your dishes more and more delicious.

SALTED PRODUCTS

Salted chili

Fresh chili is processed with acid and salt in drum right after harvesting. With strict salting process, our chili still has original red color and spicy flavor.
This product is good for chili paste

Salted cucumber

   Fresh baby cucumber is salted and pressed in tank right after harvesting.
With strict salting process, our cucumber is still crunchy with eye- catching light yellow color.

Salted bamboo shoot

Japanese customers are always fond of Vietnamese bamboo shoot for its high nutrition.
Bamboo shoot is torn, boiled and salted 60 days before selecting, cutting and packing for export
